We are so impressed by the level of care and compassion that we received for our pet rabbit Caramel. We went there for the first time as they are one of the few vets that will see rabbits. We received wonderful care and advice from the doctors and ultimately they put her to sleep after 12 years. All of the staff were so kind and empathetic. We even received a Sympathy card with personal notes from the staff. It was above and beyond what we ever expected from a Vet. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Poor is an amazing veterinarian and she helped my dog, Teddy through so much. I can never thank her enough for all the amazing care she gave him...Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The veterinarian care is excellent. The office staff are super friendly & always helpful. They're getting a bit pricey but they're worth it.

I’ve had two dogs since 2002, bringing my first here back when Tina was a veterinarian student! I keep coming back regardless of where I’ve moved - first Burlington MA, now on Cape. I did try a few others closer to my new homes but just not as pleased with the level of care and compassion as I find with Tina and her staff. Thank you for helping with that difficult decision of having to say good bye when it was time for my first dog and for keeping my current 4-legged child healthy.

We cannot say enough about the entire team at Norfolk County Veterinary Service. In our most recent experience, we regularly interacted with Don, who makes you and your pet feel so at home, so comfortable, and like you are truly family, therefore you know you and your pet will be treated like family. Our dog, Jackie was primarily cared for by Dr. Emily McCabe, and we are so incredibly thankful for her. We had taken our dog to another vet for 8 years prior, and she never recieved such compassionate, quality care until she was in the hands of Dr. McCabe. We will be forever grateful to her. She was honest, kind, and worked harder than I could have ever expected to heal our Jackie. She truly was meant for this profession. We also worked with Dr. Christina Poor in an emergency situation, and she too cared for our Jackie like what felt she would her own dog. She was compassionate and so incredibly helpful with any questions we ever had.Each and every Veterinary Technician was incredible, especially during Covid-19 where their jobs were made that much harder, but not once did they miss a beat in caring for their patients and their families. We will be forever grateful for the entire team at NCVS, and we highly recommend to anyone who wants a team they can truly trust to care for their pets , to absolutely allow this clinic to do so. The staff at Norfolk County have been courteous, helpful and straightforward with all of the furrier members of our family. From regular check-ups to surgery, everyone has been well cared for. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their pets.
